I have used them twice now. It was very easy to navigate the site. Kathleen kept me updated about the delivery of the flowers and sent pics of my arrangements. Very professional and kind. I will definitely use them again and again!!!

Everything went as planned. The flowers were beautiful and delivered right on time. I am so thankful for a company that keeps their customers informed. ---- Florist's Response: Trusting someone to design florals can be risky., and they are a luxury so we try to build that customer relationship off on a good start. Holidays can be tricky with flower and supply choices so we try to be sensitive to our purchasers in our efforts to make changes to be sure they are happy ….. very glad to know you were satisfied. This is the second time I have placed an order with A Lasting Memory for flowers for my daughter that lives in Lake Park. It is nice to know that living so far away from her that I have found a florist that I can trust to deliver fresh flowers in a timely manner. The communication is excellent and I appreciate the picture of the flowers before delivery. I will definitely be ordering again!

WOW! I order flowers relatively often but this was my 1st time using A Lasting Memory, what an over pleasant experience. Kathleen not only updated me through the delivery of the flowers, she sent me pictures of the product I ordered after building the bouquet and the bouquet looked better than the add which was a complete first for me. All and all a very pleasant experience, she definitely won my business for any and all future deliveries.
